This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 am, for a until further orders, by this Court in Crl.OP.No.19247 of 2024 dated 12.08.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Pennagaram.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.19247 of 2024 on 12.08.2024 in para No.7(a) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Pennagaram, on the first working day of December 2024 and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Magistrate.

4. With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
