These Petitions have been filed to relax the the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.Nos.24028 and 24031 of 2024 by orders dated 30.09.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioners have complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 15 days and investigation is pending in this matter.
3.The condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.Nos.24028 and 24031 of 2024 on 30.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
4.With the above direction, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions stands ordered.
