This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.OP.No.24030 of 2024 dated 30.09.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for 20 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.24030 of 2024 on 30.09.2024 in 8(a) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on first Saturday of every month at 10.30 am until further orders.
