In these four miscellaneous petitions filed in respect of writ appeals, the prayer sought for is to substitute the proposed respondents as legal representatives / respondents on behalf of the first respondent in W.A.Nos.1330 of 2018 and 2099 of 2010 and third respondent in respect of W.A.Nos.2100 of 2010 and 1560 of 2018.

2. Since the prayer sought for is to bring the legal representatives of the contesting respondents respectively as stated supra in the respective writ appeals, we feel that these petitions can be allowed so that the legal representatives can be brought in as respondents for contesting these matters effectively for adjudication.

3. Hence, these petitions are ordered.

Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title and post the writ appeals for hearing after two weeks.
