respondent herein and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of detenu Deepak @ S.Deepak Kumar S/o.Sathyaseelan, aged 30 years, branded as Goonda and now confined in Central Prison, Puzhal - II, Chennai, before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty.
