Mr.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the 1st respondent. With consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent herein to dispose of the Revision Petition filed by the 2nd respondent dated 30.06.2025 in ROC No. 1882/ 2025 on the file of the 1st respondent filed against proceedings in Pa.Mu. No.4078/ 2023 /B1 dated 21.05.2025 within a specific time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 2nd respondent had filed the revision petition before the 1st respondent on 30.06.2025 against the proceedings dated 21.05.2025 passed by Sub Collector, Hosur and the petitioner also appeared for enquiry. Since the 2/6
same has not been disposed of till date, the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for the aforesaid relief.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the 1st respondent will pass orders on the revision petition filed by the 2nd respondent , within the stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.
5. Heard both sides.Perused the records.
6. In view of the limited scope of relief sought for in this writ petition, and also in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the 1st respondent to pass orders on the revision petition filed by the 2nd respondent dated 30.06.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and other parties concerned and thereafter communicate the decision taken to the petitioner. 3/6
7. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 15.09.2025 arr To 4/6
