ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the Pay Slip of the petitioner for the month of April 2017 issued by the respondent No.2 to the extent of reduction of the petitioner's pay from 19060/- to 18445/- and direct respondents 2 and 3 to refund the amount deducted from the salary of the petitioner for the moth of April 2017 with in interest to the petitioner.

2. On 08.01.2024, as there is no representation for the petitioner, the writ petition is posted to 22.01.2024 under the caption 'for dismissal'. On 22.01.2024 also there is no representation for the petitioner. To give one 2/4

more opportunity to the petitioner, the writ petition is posted to today. Today also there is no representation for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has no interest to prosecute the writ petition.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
