ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.3256 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No. 28396 of 2024 dated 24.04.2025, passed by this Court to appear before the CBCID-OCU II-Chennai, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.3256 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No. 28396 of 2024 dated 24.04.2025, is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
