ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in connection with Crime No.223 of 2023 dated 17.08.2023 on the file of the D-2, Selvapuram Police Station, Coimbatore and to quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent-Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent-Police would submit that after completion of investigation in Crime No.223 of 2023, charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.4367 of 2025 before the Additional Mahila Court, Coimbatore.

4. In view of the above, question of quashing the F.I.R does not arise. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
