A.No.6385 of 2024 has been filed to set aside the exparte order dated 12.03.2024 in the above suit as against the applicant D5 herein and permit the applicant to contest the suit on merits. A.No.6386 of 2024 has been filed to set aside the exparte order dated 12.03.2024 in the above suit as against the applicant D6 herein and permit the applicant to contest the suit on merits.

3. The learned counsel for the 8th respondent has strongly opposed to allow these applications.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, and in view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the 9th respondent, these applications are allowed.
