PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records in connection with the order of detention passed by the second respondent dated 19.10.2024 in his office ref C3/D O No 58/2024 agianst the petitioners husband by name Thiru Santhosh S/o Haridoss aged about 33 years now confined at Central Prison, Vellore Vellore Distrrict and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the above said detenue before this Honble COurt and set him at liberty and pass such further or others orders this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the Case. Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the impugned order of detention has already been revoked by the competent Authority and thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken.
