This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondentPolice to comply with the order passed by the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate in Crl.M.P.No.17238 of 2024 dated 24.09.2024 and consequently transfer the amount to the respective Bank account of the petitioner and his wife Name : H.Devaraj, Bank name: Kotak Mahindra Bank, Nungambakkam Branch, IFSC Code : KKBK0008471, Account No.1612362227 and the petitioner's wife Bank account Name: Viji P, Bank Name : Axis Bank, T.Nagar Branch, IFSC Code:UTIB0000014, ACC No.919010051120610.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that as per the directions of the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate in Crl.M.P.No.17238 of 2024 dated 24.09.2024, the respondent-Police already made a request to the Bank concerned to disburse the amount to the petitioner.

3. In view above, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Bank 2/4

concerned for redressal of his grievance.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
