The Civil revision petition is filed seeking a direction to the Trial Court to speedy expedite the proceedings in I.A.No.176 of 2025 in O.S.No.39 of 2025.

2. The petitioner herein filed a suit for bare injunction against the respondents. Pending suit, filed an application seeking appointment of an Advocate Commissioner to measure the suit property with the help of surveyor. Though the application was filed as early as on 02.06.2025, till date, the same has not been taken up for enquiry and it is simply adjourned for filing counter as seen from the adjudication papers filed in the typed set of papers.

3. Hence, this Court is inclined to issue direction to the Trial Judge to dispose the interlocutory application in I.A.No.176 of 2025 in O.S.No.39 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. the learned counsel for the petitioner.
