O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the 1st respondent to dispose within a time frame, the enquiry contemplated by the notice in Na.Ka.2136/2017/A1 dated 10.04.2017 in view of the petitioner's representation dated 20.12.2016 seeking cancellation of patta No.767 in the name of the 2nd and 3rd respondents' father Mani (Late) S/o. Mohanarangan with respect to property comprised in Survey No.222/2 admeasuring to an extent of acre 0.70 cents situated at No.102, Nergunapattu Village, Cheyyur Taluk, kancheepuram District.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 brought to the notice of this Court that a Civil Suit instituted by the petitioner in O.S.No.313 of 1996 was dismissed. The Appeal Suit filed in A.S.No.100 of 2006 was also dismissed. The petitioner further filed Second Appeal in S.A.No.276 of 2010, which was also dismissed by the High Court of Madras

on 30.03.2022. This being the factum, the petitioner is not entitled for the relief as such sought for in the present writ petition.
