ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to withdraw and transfer the case in SC No.197 of 2023 pending before the Trial Court (IV Additional District and Sessions Court, Ponneri) to this Court for conducting trial with video and audio recording capabilities which can be shared with the petitioner at the end of every court session in order to bring everyone on the same page.

2. Heard Mr.Sivakumar Balasubramanian (Party-in-Person), who is the accused facing trial in S.C.No.197/2023 before the trial Court.

3. This Court is of the opinion that the prayer in this petition cannot be considered. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 10-02-2026 MRN Note: Issue Order Copy by 10.02.2026
