PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner company, to enable the willing employees, workmen, contract workmen, staff, officers and other managerial personnel and customers to enter and exit the factory premises, send and receive the materials and ensure that the respondents 2 to 55, are 500 metres away from the main gate and factory premises and maintain law and order, peace in and around the factory premises situated at Mudhra Fine Blanc Pvt Ltd, Unit-2 Stamping Division, DP.73/74, SIDCO Industrial Estate, Thirumazhisai, Chennai 600 124.

This Writ Petition has been filed to directing the 1st respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner company, to enable the willing employees, workmen, contract workmen, staff, officers and other managerial personnel and customers to enter and exit the factory premises, send and receive the materials and ensure that the respondents 2 to 55, are 500 metres away from the main gate and factory premises and maintain law and order, peace in and around the factory premises situated at Mudhra Fine Blanc Pvt Ltd, Unit-2 Stamping Division, DP.73/74, SIDCO Industrial Estate, Thirumazhisai, Chennai 600 124.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for in the petition has become infructuous.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No Costs.
