The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to conduct the inquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 28.09.2023.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that certain irregularities has been committed in execution of the project under the scheme of Kalaignarin 2/5

KanavuIllam for the year 2024-25 in Pottabam Village, Sendhamangalam Taluk, Namakkal District. The petitioner submitted a detailed representation before the first respondent on 28.09.2024 making various allegations against the seventh respondent relating to execution of the above scheme and the same has not been considered till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.T.Chandrasekaran, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 5 and Dr.T.Seenivasan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 6 & 7.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the sixth respondent on written instructions submitted that work order was issued only to 3 persons for construction of house in the above mentioned village and the same was also subsequently cancelled based on certain complaints regarding irregularities committed in the execution of the project.

5. In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the first respondent to 3/5

consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.09.2024 and pass final orders, on it's own merits, after affording reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the seventh respondent, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
