ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to forbear the respondents, their men, servants or agents or anyone claiming under them from in any manner compelling the petitioner to transfer the petitioner's LPG consumer to any new/other Distributor.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today i.e on 16.11.2021, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter got adjourned to 18.11.2021. Accordingly, the matter is listed today, Today also there is no representation for the petitioner.
3.Mr.M.Vijayan, learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that they have already transfered the petitioner's LPG consumers to other distributor, therefore, the prayer in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous, that is the reason why the petitioner shows no interest in prosecuting the case. 4.Though the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 submits that the matter has become infructuous, since there is no representation for the petitioner on the couple of occasions, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
