The contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the willful disobedience of the order passed by this Honorable Court made in W.M.P.No.9775 of 2019 in W.P.No.9218 of 2019 dated 10.07.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing this contempt petition, since the contempt petition was filed against the interim order.
