This Petition has been filed to relax the the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.21808 of 2024 by an order dated 12.09.2024 passed by this Court to appear before the Essential Commodities and Psychotropic Substances Court, Coimbatore on every working day at 10.30 a.m on the file of this Court.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 41 days and investigation is pending in this matter. 3.The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.21808 of 2024 on 12.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
