This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st Respondent to cancel the Sale Deed No.3298/2002 dated 21/01/1998 and another Settlement Deed No.3298/2002 dated 29.10.2002 executed by the Petitioner into favour of the 3rd respondent based on the Petitioner's representation dated 16.07.2024.

2. The Petitioner has invoked the provisions of Maintenance of Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. She gave a representation to the 1st respondent on 16.07.2024. Her grievance is that the said representation has been kept pending. Hence, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the representation within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that prior to passing the orders, the 1st respondent shall 2/4

issue notice to the 3rd respondent and hear the 3rd respondent as well as the petitioner.
