ORDER
The Writ Petition is filed for the relief of Mandamus directing the respondents to forthwith reinstate the petitioner in service w.e.f 26.08.2021 with all back wages and attendant benefits based on the representations dated 11.02.2025 and 30.06.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsels appearing on either sides and perused the records.
3. Though a larger prayer has been sought for in this writ Petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice to direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representations of the petitioner dated 11.02.2025 and 30.06.2025.

Therefore, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim a direction is issued to the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representations of the petitioner dated 11.02.2025 and 30.06.2025, within a period of 8 weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation with regard to the merits of the case.
5. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
