The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's applications in any one of the Department for the post of Assistant Professor in pursuance to his applications, viz., the Department of Industrial Engineering, in Application No. 24198 dated 24.10.2020 and the Department of Production Technology, in Application No. 27417 dated 24.10.2020 in the respondent/University.

Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the Applications Nos. 24198 and 27417 dated 24.10.2020 made by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
