This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week till the filing of the charge sheet and thereafter as and when required by the trial Court in Crl.M.P.No.16391 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.20851 of 2023 dated 12.10.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once on any working day at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the concerned jurisdictional Court.
