ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed to issue direction to the police to settle the dispute between the petitioner and the 6th respondent. 2.
The real dispute between the petitioner and the 6th respondent is in respect of enjoying usufructuary in the property which belongs to the Government. Already several complaints been given and the matter is referred to Executive Magistrate to initiate Section 145 Cr.P.C. While so, by cleverly couch the prayer, the present Writ Petition is filed seeking indulgence of this Court to give a seal of approval for illegal enjoyment of the Government property.

This Court finds that this petition is a mysterious petition couched to get seal of approval for enjoying the Government property / Poramboke property, which neither the petitioner nor the 6th respondent entitled. The Page.2/4
respondent police shall expedite the process which they have already initiated by the Inspector of Police through letter No.Na.Ka.No.67/Theevattipatti Police Station/2023 dated 05.02.2023.
