ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to extend the time for the petitioner to execute the bail bond and sureties as directed by this Court vide order dated 23.09.2024.

CRL MP NO. 14 of 2025 has already taken a Demand Draft in the name of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai to be deposited to the credit of C.C.No.4507 of 2012 for a sum of Rs.19,25,000/-. In view of the same, the time is extended by another two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to execute the bail bond and sureties.
