ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.03.2024.

2. According to the petitioner, if it is a title dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 8, then approaching the Civil Court would be the appropriate remedy.

3. If, according to the petitioner, it is a mistake that occurred while updating the registers under the UDR scheme, then the District Revenue Officer is the only appropriate authority who can rectify the errors that crept in during the updation of records in the UDR scheme. No representation has been made to the District Revenue Officer.

4. Accordingly, keeping both remedies remain open to the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 08.01.2025 nsl 2/3
