ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the case in C.C.No.35 of 2015 from the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam, Coimbatore District to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar, and to dispose the same within a specified time.

The petitioners are the accused Nos.3 & 6 in C.C.No.35 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam, for the offences punishable under Section 12(b), 406, 417 & 420 of IPC. The case is of the year 2015 and some of the accused persons filed quash petition and failed. After the period of eight years, now the petitioner filed the present petition for transfer of entire trial on the ground of jurisdiction. This Court finds no ground to entertain this petition to transfer the case in C.C.No.35 of 2015. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam, Coimbatore District, is directed to complete the trial in C.C.No.35 of 2015, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
