This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1172 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28552 of 2023 by an order dated 31.01.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the respondent Police will shortly file the final report by way of e-filing before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvarur.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1172 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28552 of 2023 dated 31.01.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvarur as and when required for interrogation.
