This Petition has been filed to relax the conditions that the "(b) the petitioners shall report before the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Tiruppur on every working day at 10.30 am until further orders" imposed in Crl.O.P.No.20848 of 2024 order dated 28.08.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 43 days and investigation has been completed in this matter and Spl.S.C.No.55 of 2024 has been assigned before the trial Court and the next hearing date has also been fixed on 05.12.2024 before the trial Court.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20848 of 2024 on 28.08.2024 in 6(b) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on 05.12.2024 and thereafter, on the hearing dates fixed by the trial Judge concerned.
