This Sub Application is filed to reopen the Contempt Petition No.83 of 2025 in W.P.No.8819 of 2024.

Considering the nature of allegations that are made and the fact that even minor portion of the claim amount is not realised till date, being satisfied with the necessity to reopen the Contempt Petition, this Sub Application stands allowed. Cont.P.No.83 of 2025 stands reopened. There shall be no order as to costs.
