This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 224 days in preferring the appeal as against the final award dated 24.02.2020 passed in M.C.O.P.No.6659 of 2013 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, II Small Causes Court, Chennai.

2.The learned counsel for the 1st respondent filed counter affidavit.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for 1st respondent and perused the records.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 224 days is condoned.

5.The name of the counsel for the 1st respondent shall be printed in the cause list at the time of admission.
