This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., every Saturday at 10.30a.m., till the filing of the charge sheet and thereafter as and when required by the trial Court in Crl.M.P.No.16289 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.19893 of 2023 dated 10.10.2023.

Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police monthly once on any working day at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the concerned jurisdictional Court.
