This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the concerned Court in Crl.M.P.No.16568 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7123 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once on any working day at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the concerned jurisdictional Court.
