ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR,J.) This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned possession notice dated 16.11.2023 in ECIR /CEZO/II/26/2022 passed by the respondent and quash the same.

2. Today, when the writ petition was taken up for hearing, Mr.T.Mohan, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. The learned counsel on record viz., Mrs.T.Kokilavane, has made the following endorsement in the case bundle.

"Since the order under Section 8(4) has been stayed by the Appellate Tribunal on 29.11.2023, where 8(3) is under challenge, the petitioner seeks

permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to challenge the order under Section 8(4) independently as and when required."

3. Recording the above submission and the endorsement so made, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
