ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of writ of Mandamus seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to issue Death Certificate on the death of the petitioner's son Prabu, pursuant to the application dated 07.08.2022.

2.When the matter was listed on 04.01.2023, this Court has directed the petitioner to appear in person before the 2nd respondent on 09.01.2023 along with the documents relating to the death of her son and the 2nd respondent was also directed to file a report with regard to the said enquiry. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that pursuant to the order dated 04.01.2023, the petitioner had approached the 2nd respondent seeking for death certificate of her son and thereafter, the 2nd respondent, vide

proceedings No.RDO/TPT/121/2023-A7 dated 12.01.2023, had passed an order to issue the death certificate of the petitioner's son. Accordingly, the death certificate of Prabu had been issued to the petitioner. A copy of the death certificate is also produced before this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner also ratifies the said submissions. 4.Recording the submissions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
