When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) stated that the petitioners namely Augustin and Sivadharshan are not accused in Crime No.220 of 2023 as on date.

2.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed with liberty to file fresh petition if need arises.
