This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of bail order dated 01.09.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No. 969 of 2025 on the file of Judicial Magistrate-II, Madurantakam in the above petition.

2. The learned counsel for Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner has filed application for issuance of bail order, but the same is not made ready till date. Hence, he may be permitted to produce xerox copy of order. Accordingly, he filed the present petition praying to dispense with the production of the same.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Original Petition, if it is otherwise found to be in order.
