ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying to quash the orders of the 5th respondent passed in resolution nos.49 and 51 dated 18.10.2023 and 19.12.2023 respectively and consequentially direct the 1st respondent to give effect to the proposal of the 2nd and 3rd respondents dated 14.05.2024 and 30.04.2024 respectively 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
