[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.] The present petition is filed seeking extension of ordinary leave already granted to the Convict Prisoner Mr.Divagar S/o.late Durairaj (CT-16230) in W.P.No.28891 of 2023 dated 31.10.2023 by 15 days.

2. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.E.Raj Thilak, Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.Considering the reason for which the ordinary leave was granted to the Convict Prisoner Mr.Divagar and the fact that the knee transplant surgery of the Convict Prisoner's mother that was scheduled earlier is now postponed to 27.11.2023, this petition is ordered. The ordinary leave already granted is extended up to 28.11.2023 subject to the conditions passed by this Court on 31.10.2023.

4. The Convict Prisoner shall be brought back to the Central Prison, Cuddalore, on 28.11.2023 at 05.00 P.M.
