ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7146 of 2025 dated 14.03.2025, passed by this Court to appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7146 of 2025 dated 14.03.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
