4. Heard learned counsel on either side.
5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to order this petition.
6. Accordingly this petition is allowed.
It is made clear that in the event of this Court enhancing the award amount, the petitioner shall not be entitled to any interest for the delay period. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
