N.ANAND VENKATESH.,J ssr 2.When the contempt petition was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents produced the proceedings of the respondent in G.O.(D) No.172 Higher Education (E1) Department, dated 01.06.2023. On going through the same, it is seen that the request made by the petitioner has been accepted and a Special Officer has been appointed.
