This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition of the petitioner that shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months orders and thereafter as and when required for interrogation imposed in Crl.O.P.No.16311 of 2025 dated 28.05.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16311 of 2025 dated 28.05.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
