ORDER

The petitioner seeks to extend the time to deposit 20% of the cheque amount ordered by the Appellate Court while suspending the sentence imposed under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the said amount could not be deposited due to the mediation proceedings. Now, the mediation failed and the petitioner is ready to deposit the amount, if time is extended.
