This application has been filed to withdraw a sum of Rs.12,50,000/- in Court deposit standing to the credit of O.P.No.492 of 2019 to the applicant.

2. At the time of granting stay, the respondent has deposited 50% of the award amount before this Court. The applicant now seeks to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited before this Court, i.e., 25% of the award amount, i.e., Rs.12,50,000/-.

Despite several opportunities given to the respondent, none appeared for the respondent.

The petition challenging the award is also pending from the year 2019.

4. In such view of the matter, this application is Ordered as prayed for.

5. Post the main Original Petition on 06.08.2021.
