This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26708 of 2022 on 10.11.2022 to Stay at Ramanathapuram and report before the Inspector of Police, Ramanathapuram Town Police Station, everyday at 10.30a.m and 5.30 p.m.,until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on 1st Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four months.
