This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.16692 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.23765 of 2022 on 08.11.2022 to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on monthly twice i.e. 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. till the filing of the charge sheet.
