O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the notice issued by the second respondent dated 05.11.2004 in respect of loan Account No.699/98 and thereby direct the second respondent to receive the true and actual amount on instalment basis from the petitioner.

2. Since there is no representation for the petitioner repeatedly, on 08.08.2017 this Court directed the Registry to post the matter 'for dismissal' on 09.08.2017. Today also, when the matter was taken up, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, the Writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
