This Writ Petition has been filed against the charge memo. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after completion of the enquiry, the order of punishment imposed against the petitioner for 2/5
compulsory retirement and the said order was challenged before this Court in W.P.No.3016 of 2019 and the said Writ Petition is pending. 2.
In our considered opinion, in view of the fact that the final order is passed after completion of the enquiry, the Writ Petition filed against the charge memo cannot survive for any adjudication. 3.
In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
